Mona Cordes is a German London based Fashion Print designer. Cordes graduated from Masters degree at the Kingston School of Art in 2020. Her work embodies the physical expressions of multi-colored kaleidoscopic visions. With the help of statements and boldness through graphics and choice of themes, she is voicing political and ecological messages.
Mona Cordes eponymous brand is sustainably produced purely by herself, on a mainly ‘Made to Order’ basis. Her striking punk-esque fashion modifies itself through refinement. Cordes offers high end garments, for any gender and calls for community coherence.
In February 2022 during London Fashion Week Cordes officially debuted her collection ‘CELLUSION’ as a dance performance.
Besides working in the fashion as a screen printer and seamstress Cordes also is a freelancer and worked on projects as a set designer, producer and photographer.
